Each cast member trains extensively to deliver experiences that feel like they stepped straight out of a storybook. Whether it’s a party or a special event, our goal is simple: to make magic real — for kids, families, and dreamers of all ages.

We recommend booking 4–6 weeks in advance to ensure availability, especially during busy seasons. 🎉 Our peak seasons include Halloween, Easter, and Christmas — these dates fill up fast! Last-minute requests are always welcome, and if we can make it work, we will!

Gratuity is not included in our packages. Tipping is never required, but always appreciated! If your performer goes above and beyond, feel free to leave a tip — 100% goes directly to your performer(s).

Booking is easy! Just visit our Booking Page and fill out the form with your event details. We'll be in touch shortly to confirm your visit and make sure every detail is perfect.

We’ll send you a digital invoice after confirming your booking. A $50 deposit is required to reserve your date, time, and character. The remaining balance is due 72 hours before your event. We accept payment via: Invoice (with card option), PayPal, Venmo, CashApp, Checks (for corporate and school events only). You're also welcome to pay in full at any time if that’s easier!

We understand things happen! If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible. Deposits are non-refundable but can often be transferred to a new date with advance notice. Full details are available on our Policies page.
